Account Manager

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role based in Kishangarh. The Account Manager will oversee key client accounts, manage daily communication, and ensure that orders, deliveries, and service commitments are fulfilled accurately and on time. The role involves coordinating with internal teams such as sales, production, and logistics to address client requirements, resolve issues, and provide status updates. The Account Manager will maintain client records, prepare quotations and invoices, support negotiations, and track account performance against targets. The position also includes identifying opportunities to grow business with existing clients, gathering feedback, and supporting the development of customer-focused improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong client relationship management skills, including the ability to build trust, handle client queries, and maintain long-term partnerships.
• Experience in account coordination, order processing, and follow-up with internal teams such as sales, production, and logistics.
• Proficiency in basic business documentation, including quotations, invoices, and reports, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present information clearly and collaborate across departments.
• Good organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple accounts, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Comfort working with standard office software and tools (e.g., spreadsheets, email, CRM or ERP systems).
• Prior experience in the stone, construction, or building materials sector is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field preferred; relevant experience may be considered in place of formal education.
• Willingness to work on-site in Kishangarh and engage directly with clients and operational teams.
