Account Manager – Import/Export & Freight Forwarding

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager from the

Import/Export, Freight Forwarding or Logistics industry to independently manage day-to-day accounts and finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete accounting, invoicing, sales & purchase entries
• Handle foreign remittances, forex transactions & overseas payments
• Manage bank reconciliation, receivables & payables
• GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
• Import/export and freight forwarding accounting
• Coordinate with banks, customers, vendors & Chartered Accountants
• Maintain accurate books, records and financial documentation
• Prepare MIS, outstanding and cash-flow reports
• Ensure timely payments, collections and compliance
• Requirements: B.Com/M.Com preferred, with 3–7 years of relevant industry experience. Strong knowledge of Tally/ERP, Excel, GST, TDS, banking and

foreign remittances is mandatory.
