Role Description The Account Manager role is a full-time hybrid position based in Bhilwara, with some flexibility for work-from-home tasks. The Account Manager will manage key client accounts, handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and ensure smooth coordination between customers and operations teams for crane deployment and related services. Daily responsibilities include maintaining client records, following up on leads, monitoring service delivery, and addressing customer feedback or issues. The role also involves supporting billing and collections, generating basic performance reports, and collaborating with management to identify opportunities for account growth and service improvement.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated client relationship management skills, including clear communication, negotiation, and customer service.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail in documentation and follow-up.
• Comfort with basic business tools such as email, spreadsheets, and CRM or customer tracking systems.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment and collaborate effectively with on-site operations teams.
• Previous experience in account management, sales support, logistics, or service coordination is an advantage.
• Familiarity with construction, industrial services, or equipment rental sectors in India is beneficial.
• Minimum of a diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi for interacting with clients and internal stakeholders.
