Account Incharge / Accountant

Kailash Devbuild India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced Account Incharge Cum Accountant. This dual-responsibility role requires an active leader to oversee the entire finance department while staying hands-on with daily accounting, advanced tax compliances, inventory management, and reporting. Candidates with B.Com/M.Com, CA Inter, or qualified CA backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Departmental Leadership &
• Accounting: Lead daily accounting operations, general ledger management, voucher verification, petty cash control, and monthly bank reconciliations (BRS) using Tally Prime.
• Taxation &
• Compliance Oversight: Manage end-to-end filing for GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9) and quarterly TDS returns. Calculate advance tax, oversee Income Tax filings, and maintain compliance schedules.
• Inventory &
• Site Stock Control: Monitor stock registers, track material inward/outward movements, supervise inventory valuation, and reconcile physical inventory with Tally records.
• Cash Flow &
• Accounts Payable/Receivable: Oversee vendor payments, client billing, aging analysis, outstanding payment recoveries, and daily cash flow management.
• Financial Reporting &
• Closure: Prepare monthly financial statements, P&L statements, balance sheets, and management information system (MIS) reports for direct executive review.
• Audit Management: Act as the primary point of contact for internal, external, and statutory auditors; prepare schedules, final accounts, and resolve audit queries.

Required Skills &

• Qualifications
• Education: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / Chartered Accountant (CA).
• Software Mastery: Expert hands-on capability in Tally Prime and advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, financial modeling).
• Tax &
• Statutory Expertise: In-depth working knowledge of GST portals, TDS rules, Income Tax laws, and regulatory compliance.
• Inventory Accounting: Strong practical experience managing multi-location inventory, stock audits, and material accounting.
• Experience: 47 years in senior accounting or team-lead roles (experience in infrastructure, construction, or real estate sectors is preferred).
