What we look for

• 2+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio
• Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and other modern design tools
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking
• Experience with responsive and mobile-first design methodologies
• Strong knowledge of accessibility standards and usability best practices
• Ability to conduct user research and translate insights into design decisions
• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design rationale
