#Hiring: 3D Knitting Machine Operator (Orthopedic / Knee Cap)

We are looking for an experienced and skilled 3D Knitting Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for operating and setting up circular/flat 3D knitting machines specifically for knee caps and orthopedic support products.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and manage automated 3D knitting machines for producing knee caps and elastic supports.
• Thread yarn, set tension, and change needle setups according to design specifications.
• Identify and fix yarn breakage, needle drops, and minor machine errors.
• Monitor product quality, elasticity, size, and seamless finishing.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance and routine machine cleaning.

Requirements & Skills

• Experience: 3 to 5+ years in knitting machine operation (Flat knitting / Circular knitting / 3D knitting).
• Domain: Experience in orthopedic supports (knee caps, ankle braces) or seamless sportswear is preferred.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with computerized knitting machines (Santoni, Stoll, Shima Seiki, or similar).
• Basic troubleshooting skills and attention to fabric quality.
