We are looking for a creative, energetic Social Media Manager who can help us build a strong digital presence in the wellness, healing, consciousness, and personal growth space.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute social media strategies.
• Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Create and maintain monthly content calendars.
• Plan and coordinate Reels, posts, stories, carousels and campaigns.
• Monitor engagement, reach, followers and overall performance.
• Track analytics and prepare regular performance reports.
• Stay updated with social media trends and identify opportunities for growth.
• Work closely with the content and creative team.

What we're looking for

• 2–4 years of experience in social media management.
• Strong understanding of Instagram and short-form video content.
• Experience in content strategy and organic growth.
• Good knowledge of social media analytics and scheduling tools.
• Strong communication and creative thinking.
• Experience in wellness, healing, coaching, spirituality, personal development or similar industries is preferred.
