An AI-powered real estate CRM with autonomous AI agents. Here’s what that means:

🤖 AI agents that talk to leads on WhatsApp, understand their needs and share matching properties and projects

📥 AI data collection that pulls property details from WhatsApp messages, PDFs, brochures and images into a clean, searchable database

🎯 Smart property matching that ranks the best properties for every client requirement and explains why

🏠 AI listing agents that create and publish listings on 99acres, Housing.com and Magicbricks

📲 WhatsApp marketing engine for targeted campaigns, follow-ups and tracking, all run from the CRM

⚡ Lead automation: leads from Meta, Google and property portals assigned to the right team member automatically

📊 Management intelligence: MIS dashboards, employee ROI, marketing ROI and AI-driven business insights

You’ll own the architecture, choose the tech stack and ship features that people use the same week.

What you’ll do

Design and build the platform end to end: frontend, backend, database, AI layer and integrations

Build LLM-powered agents, RAG pipelines and automation workflows

Integrate the WhatsApp Business API, Meta/Google Ads APIs, property portals and third-party tools

Set up secure, scalable cloud infrastructure

Work directly with leadership to turn real business problems into product features

Help shape the product roadmap and, as we grow, hire and lead the tech team

What we’re looking for

Must have

3+ years of full stack development: React / Next.js with Node.js or Python (FastAPI/Django)

Hands-on experience building with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini or similar): prompt engineering, function calling, AI agents

Experience with RAG, vector databases and AI agent frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI or similar)

Strong skills in PostgreSQL/MySQL, REST APIs, webhooks and third-party integrations

Cloud deployment experience on AWS, GCP or Azure

A builder’s mindset: you take ownership, move fast and care about results

Bonus points

WhatsApp Business API, Meta Ads API or Google Ads API integrations

OCR or document AI experience

You’ve built a CRM, SaaS product or startup product from scratch

Interest in real estate, PropTech or entrepreneurship

Automation tools like n8n or Make
