To facilitate the automated audits of sessions conducted and to provide learner feedback analytics and insights to learner success group 

Analyse Financial data to attain Uber metrics of operational cost analysis in comparison to the revenue generated. Create a Dashboard to analyze operations for different course types such as PG, Masters, Bootcamp,  Certifications, etc.

• To Analyse and measure CSAT & DSAT of customer experience from the reviews and ratings through help and support.
• To calculate TAT, Re-open the time of tickets and measure the overall resolution time for each problem category and course category.
• To provide Audit measures for DSAT to our internal Quality team for root cause analysis
• To measure Traffic and learner engagement through our LMS platform and other channels such as calls, chats, tickets, etc.
• To evaluate DSAT collected through various social media channels.
• Create Dashboards for all the trends for an annual and monthly status.

• To create a dashboard to track each session scheduled, conducted at Simplilearn.
• To measure session ratings per session conducted and provide overall CSATS and DSATS to the stakeholders and university partners for the partnered programs.
• To evaluate Monthly trends and focus areas as per the strategy given by the leadership in the firm

To predict the attendance per program and per course for all future batches and help the programming team to schedule a minimum viable number of batches for the maximum possible number of learners per each course

• To evaluate and Visualize the survey reports collected by the customer delight team to identify the career progress of all learners, post 6 months of completion of their program. 
• To visualize the trends and provide backlogs and improvements in the support after they achieve their certificates, for all the learners.
• The project's aim is to calculate the impact of courses among the learners in beginning or advancing their respective careers.

• To research the authorities given to the signatories at each VHNI customer of JP Morgan Chase and co, as per the documentation submitted by the customers.
• Load and transform the data in the Mysql DBMS, Perform Data wrangling and Data Munging to remove duplicate records of the signatories in the System. 
• Identify the mismatches in the records of the Workstation. 
• Analyze the Patterns in the transactions for all the mismatched authorities. 
• Make predictions based on the transaction trends and provide necessary suggestions to stakeholders to mitigate the transactional issues and discrepancies in the banking operations for each client.
• facilitate the data transfer from the legacy system(Workstation) to the new Citrix-based system.

• Ensure data governance and data compliance in the system as per the firm norms.
• Analyze the Patterns in the transactions for all the mismatched authorities.
