The ECP (Electronic Collections Platform) will replace the current collection systems for both the North and South platforms. This will allow collectors and supporting LOBs (Line of Business) to use a single platform for all collection and recovery activities, as well as recovery accounting. The collections business will adapt its processes and practices to the new Collections360 solution by utilizing as much of the out-of-the-box functionality as possible and minimizing customization.

• Designed project documentation including requirement and technical specification documents, as well as source to target ETL transformation mappings
• Understand functional and design requirements through Source to Target Mappings (STMs)
• Participate in daily team meetings with offshore and onsite team
• Use SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) to develop jobs for extracting, cleaning, transforming, and loading data into a database
• Integrate and synthesize information from multiple heterogeneous sources to analyze complex data and transform it into extracts used for strategic decision making
• Implement transformations and complex business logic to generate extracts to be sent to downstream systems such as Anti Money Laundering and Sales Force for reporting and analysis
• Prepare queries for report development and database systems
• Optimize SSIS packages and SQL queries to improve performance
• Create stored procedures to execute dynamic queries and maintain customized log data
• Implement Change Requests (CRs) in existing packages and SQL scripts
• Work on code optimizations to increase job performance and reduce load on the production server

The Enterprise Jupiter Data Integration Program was a project focused on creating a centralized data warehouse for the Capital Market, Corporate Finance, Transportation Finance, and Inventory Finance systems. The purpose of this project was to analyze the business impact of these systems, including regulatory compliance, risk management, and the potential rationalization of services or product lines.

As part of this project, the following roles and responsibilities were carried out:

• Understanding functional and design requirements through Source to Target Mappings (STMs)
• Developing complex queries using joins, subqueries, and temporary tables in Netezza
• Modifying existing SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) packages to add new functionality as needed
• Implementing Type 2 Slowly Changing Dimensions (SCD) in specific tables as required by business requirements
• Participating in weekly meetings and defect triage with clients on a regular basis
• Involved in performance optimization of various existing SSIS packages
• Creating documentation for all important and relevant information needed for deployment in the production environment
• Participating in root cause analysis for defects and providing process improvement suggestions to prevent similar defects from occurring in the future
• Assisting with production fixes

• Automating various manual processes using value adds
