The data is collected and stored for long-term use, correlated, and translated into actionable insights. CEM uses a Hadoop Big Data HDFS-based database, which is optimized for performance, capacity, scalability, and offers custom services for further fine-tuning. CEM includes off-the-shelf content packages like CEI, CQI, OTT, Fixed, and CCI for different users in the operator organization. Additionally, new use cases can be created using the Content Creation Toolkit (CCT) or Flexible Reporting feature.
