Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Workday Prism Developer with 7–9 years of experience to design, develop, and support HR analytics and reporting solutions within the Workday ecosystem. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Workday Prism Analytics, Workday Reporting, and Core Workday HCM, along with hands-on experience in HR data transformation, reporting, and dashboard development. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, accurate, and business-driven analytics solutions while ensuring data integrity and reporting excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business and user reporting requirements and implement solutions using Workday Prism Analytics and Workday Reporting.
• Design, develop, and optimize reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to meet business reporting needs.
• Create, configure, and maintain Workday Prism objects and data pipelines.
• Collaborate with ETL developers, application analysts, and business stakeholders to identify, transform, and integrate source data into Workday Prism.
• Recommend effective reporting and analytics solutions based on business requirements and available data.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday Prism, reporting, and data integration while providing clear communication to stakeholders.
• Develop prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and sample reports for stakeholder validation.
• Provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) support for Workday Prism development, production support, and analytics-related problem resolution.
• Support security configuration and access management for Workday Prism and reporting objects in coordination with security teams.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, design documents, and end-user guides.
• Provide post-production support and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for reporting and analytics solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, integrity, and governance across all reporting and analytics deliverables.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment to deliver high-quality HR analytics solutions.

Required Skills

• 7–9 years of IT experience with strong expertise in Workday Prism Analytics.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Reporting and Core Workday HCM modules.
• Strong knowledge of HR data transformation, reporting, dashboards, and analytics.
• Experience in designing and maintaining Prism objects and integrating data from multiple source systems.
• Good understanding of ETL concepts and data integration methodologies.
• Experience troubleshooting reporting and analytics issues within the Workday environment.
• Knowledge of Workday security concepts related to reporting and Prism objects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders across projects.
