Job Description & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain Workday Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, Assets, etc.)
  • Build and support reports, dashboards, and calculated fields
  • Develop and maintain integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio – nice to have)
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide production support
  • Partner with Finance and business teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
  • Support Workday releases, testing, and enhancements

Required Skills

  • Experience with Workday Financials
  • Strong understanding of finance processes (GL, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash)
  • Experience with Workday reporting tools
  • Basic to intermediate integration knowledge (EIB, APIs)
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to Have

  • Workday Studio or advanced integration experience
  • Workday certifications (Financials)
  • Experience supporting production environments
