Wordpress Developer-Intern

Job Description

WriterOnRent is hiring a WordPress Developer Intern to join our team on-site in Noida. If you can build clean WordPress sites and have a good eye for design, we'd love to see your work.

This is a 6-month, full-time internship with a path to a full-time role based on performance.

What you'll do

• Build, customise, and maintain WordPress websites
• Create responsive layouts using page builders (Elementor preferred)
• Customise themes and handle front-end edits with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot plugins
• Turn design files (Figma/XD/PSD) into polished, working pages
• Keep sites fast, mobile-friendly, and cross-browser compatible

What we're looking for

• Working knowledge of WordPress (themes, plugins, dashboard)
• HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
• Hands-on experience with at least one page builder
• A good design sense — spacing, typography, colour, clean layouts
• Attention to detail and a willingness to learn

Nice to have

• Basic PHP, WooCommerce, or SEO plugins (Yoast/Rank Math)
• A portfolio or live sites you've built

• Sector 90, Noida (on-site)
• 10 AM – 7 PM, Monday to Friday
• ₹15,000/month stipend
• 6 months, with a full-time offer based on performance
