WordPress Backend Developer

You will build and maintain custom WordPress architectures and integrations for scalable web solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize custom WordPress themes and plugins.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services to extend website functionality.
• Implement custom database structures and manage large datasets.
• Debug technical issues to ensure website security, scalability, and performance.
• Monitor loading speeds and optimize for SEO and web accessibility standards.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in backend WordPress development.
• Strong proficiency in PHP and MySQL.
• Expertise in custom WordPress theme and plugin development.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/jQuery.
• Experience using Git version control and CI/CD workflows.
• Solid understanding of website security practices.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of React and Node.js.
