MasterRV Designers LLP is looking for a creative and experienced Website Designer who can design modern, high-converting, and visually engaging websites for international clients.

If you have a strong eye for UI/UX, understand user behavior, and can create premium website experiences, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Design modern, responsive, and user-friendly websites.
• Create wireframes, UI designs, and interactive prototypes.
• Design landing pages focused on lead generation and conversions.
• Ensure websites are optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
• Improve website performance, usability, and user experience.
• Maintain consistency in branding, typography, and design systems.
• Work closely with the marketing team on conversion-focused designs.

Required Skills

• 3–6 years of experience in Website Design.
• Strong expertise in Figma (mandatory).
• Excellent knowledge of UI/UX principles.
• Experience designing responsive websites.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, spacing, and layout.
• Ability to create clean, modern, and premium website designs.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS is an added advantage.
• Experience working with WordPress, Webflow, Framer, or custom websites is preferred.
• Understanding of website performance and conversion optimization is a plus.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience designing websites for Corporate, Healthcare, Real estate, IT, Finance, SaaS, Private Equity, or Professional Services will be preferred.
