Role Description This Web Developer internship is an unpaid, hybrid opportunity based in Hyderabad, with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks. Interns will assist in developing and maintaining web applications, contributing to both front-end and back-end components under the guidance of senior developers. Day-to-day responsibilities may include writing clean and efficient code, debugging and testing features, implementing web designs, and integrating APIs or databases as required. Interns will collaborate with the team to support client projects, participate in code reviews, and document technical work. The role also involves learning industry best practices, enhancing technical skills through real-time project exposure, and communicating progress effectively with mentors and project leads.

Qualifications

• Strong interest and foundational knowledge in Web Development, including both Front-End Development and Back-End Web Development.
• Ability to translate designs into functional interfaces, with basic skills in Web Design and UI implementation.
• Effective Communication skills for collaborating with team members, following instructions, and presenting work clearly.
• Familiarity with core web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and at least one back-end language or framework (e.g., Node.js, Python, PHP, or similar).
• Understanding of version control tools (such as Git) and basic software development workflows.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree, diploma, or certification in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Hyderabad, manage time effectively, and learn quickly in a structured internship environment.
• Problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to receive feedback and improve.

Internship Details

Position: Web Developer Intern (Unpaid Internship)

Develop responsive websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and React.js.

Build and maintain websites using WordPress.

Collaborate with the development team on live client projects.

Develop reusable UI components and web pages.

Work on frontend and basic backend development tasks.

Debug, test, and optimise websites for performance and responsiveness.

Learn and use Git & GitHub for version control.

Participate in daily stand-up meetings and project discussions.

Maintain project documentation and submit daily work reports.

Learn industry best practices in web development.

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript

Familiarity with Bootstrap and React.js (preferred)

Basic understanding of Git & GitHub

Willingness to learn new technologies
