About the Role

We are looking for a talented Magento Frontend Developer with 1–5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Magento 2 theme development, responsive web design, and frontend customization. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain Magento 2 storefronts.
• Build and customize Magento 2 themes using best development practices.
• Develop and maintain Hyvä-based storefronts and ensure compatibility with Hyvä Theme standards.
• Convert Figma, Adobe XD, or PSD designs into responsive Magento pages.
• Customize layouts, templates, UI components, and frontend functionality.
• Optimize website performance, page speed, and Core Web Vitals.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design.
• Integrate third-party frontend extensions and troubleshoot UI issues.
• Collaborate with backend developers, designers, QA engineers, and project managers.
• Debug frontend issues and continuously improve user experience.

Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in Magento 2 Frontend Development.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and jQuery.
• Hands-on experience with Magento 2 theme development.
• Good understanding of LESS, KnockoutJS, RequireJS, and Magento UI Components.
• Experience with XML layout customization and PHTML templates.
• Familiarity with Git and version control.
• Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first development.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Hyvä Themes.
• Knowledge of Tailwind CSS or Alpine.js.
• Experience with Adobe Commerce.
• Familiarity with Webpack, Gulp, or Grunt.
• Understanding of accessibility (WCAG) and SEO best practices.
