SCAN & CO., a 70+ year-old Chartered Accountancy firm, is looking for an experienced Finance & Accounts Professional with expertise in Infrastructure Investment Trusts (InvITs) to join our team.

Location: Mumbai

Experience: Minimum 10 Years

Joining: Immediate

Who Can Apply?

• Finance & Accounting professionals with 10+ years of overall experience
• Candidates with hands-on experience in Infrastructure Investment Trusts (InvITs) (Mandatory)
• Professionals proficient in SAP accounting software
• Chartered Accountants (CA) or equivalent finance professionals preferred
• Individuals with strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounting and financial reporting for InvIT entities
• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards
• Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and reporting requirements
• Coordinate with auditors, trustees, consultants, and other stakeholders
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities
• Perform account reconciliations and financial analysis
• Ensure accurate accounting records and timely reporting using SAP
• Support management with MIS reports and financial insights
