As we continue to grow across India, we're looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Executive to help scale our online presence and drive business growth.

What You'll Do📈 Performance Marketing

• Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
• Manage Google Ads campaigns including Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and Display.
• Improve ROAS, reduce CPA, and scale profitable campaigns.
• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, landing pages, and campaign strategies.

🔍 Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

• Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Optimize website content for on-page SEO.
• Improve technical SEO and website performance.
• Build quality backlinks through ethical off-page SEO practices.
• Increase organic traffic and search engine rankings.

📊 Analytics & Growth

• Track campaign performance using Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Meta Events Manager, and other marketing tools.
• Monitor KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, CAC, and Organic Traffic.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Identify new opportunities for growth and customer acquisition.

🤝 Collaboration

• Work closely with our design, content, and video production teams.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns for product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand-building initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.
• Strong experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Solid understanding of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
• Experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.
• Familiarity with Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
• Experience with Shopify or other eCommerce platforms is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Bonus Skills

• Experience working with D2C or eCommerce brands.
• Knowledge of AI-powered marketing tools.
• Basic graphic design or video editing skills.
• Experience managing advertising budgets of ₹2 lakh+ per month.
