We're looking for a proactive Wedding Sales & Client Operations Manager to manage the complete client journey—from lead enquiries and sales conversions to event coordination and post-booking client experience.

This role is ideal for professionals with experience in wedding photography studios, wedding videography studios, wedding planning, event management, creative agencies, or luxury service businesses .

Key Responsibilities

• Handle client enquiries, consultations, follow-ups, and sales conversions.
• Coordinate proposals, contracts, invoices, scheduling, and onboarding.
• Manage wedding timelines, logistics, travel, and client communication.
• Coordinate with photography, videography, and creative teams.
• Deliver an exceptional end-to-end client experience.

What We're Looking For

✔ Wedding industry experience is highly preferred.

✔ Strong sales, lead management, and customer-facing experience.

✔ Administrative, coordination, and operations experience.

✔ Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

✔ Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

✔ Experience with CRM and scheduling tools is a plus.

✔ Stable employment history preferred.
