Role Description The Web Developer will work on designing, developing, and maintaining responsive and user-friendly websites and web applications for clients across different industries. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing front-end interfaces, developing back-end functionality, integrating databases and APIs, optimizing performance, and ensuring cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.

The role also involves collaborating with designers, product teams, and other developers to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions, troubleshooting issues, and participating in code reviews and continuous improvement efforts. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tumakuru, requiring regular collaboration with the local team and adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Web Development and Programming skills, with experience in modern web technologies and frameworks.
• Candidates should possess Front-End Development and Web Design skills to build accessible, responsive, and visually consistent user interfaces.
• Candidates should possess Back-End Web Development skills, including server-side programming, database integration, and API development.
• Relevant experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one back-end language or framework (such as Node.js, PHP, Python, or similar) is beneficial.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git), testing practices, and deployment workflows is preferred.
• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively on-site are important.
