Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Web Developer role based in Mapusa-Goa. The Web Developer will design, develop, and maintain secure and user-friendly websites and web applications that support Lokmanya’s financial services and customer engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and optimizing front-end interfaces, implementing back-end logic and integrations, ensuring responsive and accessible design, and troubleshooting technical issues. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, updating content and features, and improving site performance and security. The Web Developer will also help implement best practices for code quality, version control, and documentation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

2–5 years of hands-on experience in Web Development.

Strong understanding of website architecture and development lifecycle.
