Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Web Developer role based in Lonar.

The Web

Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications, including front-end interfaces and back-end services. Daily tasks include writing clean, efficient code, optimizing performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing new features based on business requirements. The role involves collaborating with designers, other developers, and stakeholders to ensure user-centric, secure, and scalable web solutions.

Developer will also participate in code reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement of development practices.

Qualifications Strong Front-End Development and Web Design skills, including building responsive, user-friendly interfaces.

Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Programming to create secure, scalable server-side applications.

Solid Web Development fundamentals, covering full-stack workflows and integration of front-end and back-end components.

Experience with modern web technologies, frameworks, and tools (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one server-side language or framework).

Understanding of version control systems (such as Git) and collaborative development practices.

Ability to analyze requirements, solve problems, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Familiarity with database design, security best practices, and performance optimization is an advantage.
