Role Description

Aitihya & Co. is looking for passionate

Web Developer Interns

to join our development team for a

6-week internship

. This is a

remote internship

designed for students and fresh graduates who are eager to work on live startup projects, enhance their technical skills, and contribute to building scalable digital solutions.

As a Web Developer Intern, you will collaborate with designers, developers, and business teams to develop responsive web applications, implement new features, optimize performance, integrate APIs, and maintain high-quality code. This internship offers hands-on exposure to modern web technologies and real-world software development practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop responsive and user-friendly web interfaces.
• Build and maintain frontend and backend features.
• Integrate REST APIs and databases.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and cross-functional teams.
• Optimize applications for performance and scalability.
• Debug, test, and maintain clean, reusable code.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate, postgraduate, or recent graduate in

Computer Science, Information Technology, B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, B.Sc. (CS/IT)

or related fields.

• Good understanding of modern web development fundamentals.
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Passion for learning and contributing to a fast-growing startup.
• Personal projects, GitHub repositories, or portfolio are a plus.
