Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Web Design Specialist. The Web Design Specialist will design and refine website layouts, user interfaces, and visual elements to ensure cohesive branding and an intuitive user experience. Daily tasks include creating responsive page designs, collaborating with developers and stakeholders, optimizing designs for various devices and browsers, and iterating based on feedback and performance data. The role involves preparing graphics and assets, maintaining design consistency across pages, and staying up to date with current web design trends and best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Web Design and Responsive Web Design to create accessible, user-friendly, and mobile-optimized interfaces.
• Proficiency in User Interface Design to build intuitive layouts, navigation structures, and interactive components.
• Experience with Front-End Development (e.g., HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript) to implement or collaborate on design execution.
• Graphic Design capabilities to produce clear, attractive visuals, icons, banners, and other digital assets.
• Familiarity with design and prototyping tools (such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar applications).
• Attention to detail, strong sense of visual aesthetics, and understanding of web accessibility and usability principles.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams.
• Relevant education or equivalent experience in Web Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related fields.
