Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Web and App Development with AI Tools Instructor with a minimum of 3+ years of relevant industry experience in web development, mobile application development, and AI-powered development tools.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in modern web technologies, mobile application development frameworks, AI-assisted coding tools, and software development best practices. The candidate should be capable of delivering practical training sessions and mentoring students to build real-world projects using both traditional development technologies and AI tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions on Web Development, Mobile App Development, and AI-assisted development tools.
• Teach Frontend Development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Train students on Backend Development using Node.js, Python, PHP, Java, or relevant technologies.
• Conduct training on Mobile App Development using Flutter, React Native, Android, or related frameworks.
• Introduce learners to AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor AI, Claude, and other productivity tools.
• Conduct practical demonstrations, coding sessions, and project-based learning activities.
• Guide students in building responsive websites, web applications, and mobile applications.
• Design assignments, assessments, projects, and learning materials.
• Mentor students in software development best practices, debugging, testing, and deployment.
• Assist learners with project implementation and interview preparation.
• Monitor student progress and provide technical guidance and support.
• Stay updated with emerging web, mobile, and AI-assisted development technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant industry experience (Mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks.
• Experience with React.js, Angular, Vue.js, or similar technologies.
• Hands-on experience in Backend Development using Node.js, Python, PHP, Java, or related technologies.
• Experience in Mobile Application Development using Flutter, React Native, Android, or iOS technologies.
• Understanding of REST APIs, Database Management, and Application Architecture.
• Familiarity with Git, GitHub, and version control systems.
• Knowledge of AI-powered development tools and AI-assisted coding workflows.
• Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and deployment processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to conduct practical and interactive training sessions.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Cloud Platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of Generative AI integration in web and mobile applications.
• Experience with AI APIs such as OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
• Experience with DevOps and deployment tools.
• Prior teaching, mentoring, or corporate training experience.
• Experience handling live client projects.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 3+ years of relevant industry experience is mandatory.
• Candidates with less than 3 years of experience will not be considered.
• Strong practical experience in Web and/or Mobile Application Development is required.
• Prior training or mentoring experience will be an added advantage.
