We are looking for a Backend Developer to build and scale the core systems powering mutual fund investments at FundsIndia, taking care of the onboarding journeys. This role involves working on critical transaction flows, portfolio systems, and external integrations.

You will play a key role in ensuring high reliability, performance, and accuracy in investment-related workflows. Required Skills & Experience:

• 3 - 6 years of experience in backend development
• Strong proficiency in one or more backend languages (preferred - Java Spring Boot)
• Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices
• Solid understanding of databases (MSSQL/MySQL/PostgreSQL) and query optimization
• Familiarity with distributed systems, queues, and caching (Redis, Kafka, etc.)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Exposure to UI frameworks like React
• Strong understanding of multithreading, concurrency, and JVM internals.
• Experience implementing secure APIs using OAuth2, JWT, and role-based access control.
• Experience creating technical design documents and driving design reviews.
