Key Responsibilities

UI/UX Strategy & Leadership

• Define and drive the overall UI/UX strategy for enterprise applications and SaaS products.
• Lead end-to-end design activities from research to final implementation.
• Establish and maintain enterprise design systems and UI standards.
• Mentor and guide junior UI/UX designers while promoting design best practices.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure design consistency.

User Experience Design

• Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and usability studies.
• Create user personas, customer journey maps, empathy maps, and information architecture.
• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interactive experiences.
• Simplify complex workflows into intuitive user journeys.
• Continuously improve user experience based on analytics and customer feedback.

User Interface Design

• Design modern, responsive, and accessible interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.
• Develop scalable design systems, component libraries, and reusable UI assets.
• Ensure consistent branding and visual identity across all digital products.

Product Collaboration

• Work closely with Product Managers and Business Analysts to translate requirements into user-friendly designs.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
• Participate in sprint planning, design reviews, and product demonstrations.

Design Innovation

• Stay updated with emerging UI/UX trends, AI-powered design tools, and industry best practices.
• Introduce innovative design concepts that enhance user engagement and productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or masters degree in design, Fine Arts, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with at least 5 years leading enterprise product design initiatives.
• A solid portfolio showcasing enterprise web, mobile, and SaaS applications.

Preferred Experience

• Designing AI-powered applications and conversational interfaces.
• Experience with low-code/no-code platforms.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Exposure to cloud-based enterprise applications.
