We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer who can take ownership of application development, backend architecture, API integrations, performance optimization, and technical problem-solving while mentoring junior developers.

The ideal candidate should be a hands-on Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in PHP Laravel, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Next.js, REST APIs, databases, and cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Software Development

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable and secure web applications.
• Develop robust backend services and RESTful APIs using PHP Laravel and/or Python.
• Build responsive and user-friendly frontend applications using React.js, Next.js, or Vue.js.
• Develop reusable, clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Integrate third-party APIs, payment services, notification systems, and external platforms.
• Troubleshoot application and production issues and implement effective solutions.
• Technical Leadership
• Mentor and guide junior software developers.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Participate in technical architecture and solution design.
• Take ownership of assigned modules and development projects.
• Collaborate with QA, UI/UX, Product, DevOps, and Business teams.
• Participate in sprint planning, estimation, technical discussions, and release activities.
• Enterprise and FinTech Application Development
• Develop and enhance ERP, CRM, HRMS, Payment Gateway, FinTech, and Quick Commerce applications.
• Work on authentication, authorization, payment integrations, reporting, notifications, and business workflows.
• Design scalable application architecture for enterprise-level systems.
• Support application deployment, maintenance, and production releases.
