Job Details

• Role: Jr. Financial Analyst / Financial Analyst
• Experience: Minimum 1 year - 4 Years in O2C Billing / P2P
• Location: Noida (Sector 135)
• Shift: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Mandatory)
• Industry: MNC Finance Operations
• Work Mode- WFO

Jr. Financial Analyst / Financial Analyst (Order to Cash)

• Generate monthly invoices and prepare related supporting documentation and assist with adhoc reporting request from the clients.
• Understanding of daily / monthly financial reports (like Transactions Report, Revenue, WIP report)
• Working on contract modifications / reversals in Workday basis the client evidence support

Jr. Financial Analyst / Financial Analyst (Procure to Pay)

• Having good knowledge of P2P Cycle
• Experience for creating, updating, and maintaining vendor master records in ERP system Perform vendor onboarding, including document verification and compliance checks
• Ensure accurate and timely updates of vendor information (bank details, tax information, etc.)
• Respond to vendor and internal queries related to invoices, POs and payments

Key Requirements

• Hands-on experience in OTC Billing / P2P (PO Creation & Vendor Management is Must)
• Strong understanding of Accounts & Finance fundamentals
• Comfortable working in UK Shift (2 PM -11 PM)
