Job Overview

IndiaFilings is looking for a passionate Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot to join our growing technology team. This role is primarily focused on Java backend development, with working knowledge of Python and Django. The ideal candidate should also be comfortable building modern frontend applications using React.js and Next.js.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build and enhance RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Work on Python and Django-based modules whenever required.
• Develop responsive user interfaces using React.js and Next.js.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical improvements.

Required Skills

• 1 – 3 years of professional or project experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot (Primary Skill).
• Good understanding of object-oriented programming, collections, multithreading, and REST APIs.
• Working knowledge of Python and Django.
• Experience with React.js and modern frontend development.
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design.
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Knowledge of databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory) from a recognized university.
• Experience with Spring Security, JPA/Hibernate, or Microservices is an advantage.
• Exposure to cloud platforms or deployment processes is a plus.
• Experience working on academic, internship, freelance, or production projects using Java, Spring Boot, React.js, Python, or Django.
