Walk-in || Account Manager

Financial Accounting

• Maintain daily accounting records in Tally Prime.
• Record sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
• Manage cash book, bank book, and journal entries.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.

Billing &

• Sales Management
• Verify retail invoices and purchase bills.
• Ensure accurate billing for smartphones and accessories.
• Handle customer refunds, credit notes, and adjustments.

GST &

• Tax Compliance
• Prepare and file GST returns.
• Maintain GST purchase and sales records.
• Reconcile GST input and output tax.
• Assist during GST audits and tax assessments.

Bank &

• Cash Management
• Perform daily bank reconciliation.
• Monitor cash transactions and deposits.
• Coordinate with banks for payments and account-related matters.

Inventory Accounting

• Reconcile physical stock with system records.
• Monitor inventory valuation.
• Track damaged, returned, and exchanged products.
• Coordinate with the inventory team for stock verification.

Vendor &

• Payment Management
• Maintain supplier ledgers.
• Process vendor payments on time.
• Reconcile outstanding balances with suppliers.

Payroll &

• Employee Accounts
• Process employee salaries.
• Maintain attendance and payroll records.
• Handle reimbursements and expense claims.

Financial Reporting

• Prepare Profit &
• Loss statements.
• Generate Balance Sheet and Cash Flow reports.
• Submit monthly financial reports to management.

Audit &

• Compliance
• Maintain proper accounting documentation.
• Assist Chartered Accountant during audits.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Required Skills

Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
• 25 years of accounting experience
• Experience in retail or mobile industry preferred

Preferred Experience

• Experience in mobile phone retail or electronics industry
• Knowledge of IMEI-based inventory management
• Experience handling high-volume retail transactions
