Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager with 4+ years of hands-on experience in finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have complete knowledge of accounting, financial management, taxation, compliance, budgeting, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting and finance operations.
• Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny.
• Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, and financial analysis reports.
• Monitor budgeting, forecasting, and expense control.
• Coordinate with auditors, bankers, and external consultants.
• Ensure timely payroll processing and statutory deductions.
• Maintain proper accounting records and internal controls.
• Oversee vendor payments and customer collections.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, MBA (Finance), or CA Inter.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in Finance and Accounts.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, Finalization of Accounts, and Financial Reporting.
• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, ERP, or SAP.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in handling complete finance and accounting functions independently.
• Strong understanding of statutory compliance and financial planning.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with shorter notice periods will be preferred.
