Role Overview

Optimize the distribution and logistics operations across 18,000+ stores nationwide to enhance efficiency and reduce costs, ensuring timely delivery and top-notch service levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic supply chain and logistics plans to align with company goals.
• Manage and optimize warehouse operations, including automation and inventory management.
• Oversee last-mile delivery initiatives to improve service levels and reduce delivery times.
• Ensure robust cold chain logistics solutions are in place to maintain product quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline distribution processes.
• Analyze supply chain metrics and implement process improvements based on data-driven insights.
• Lead the logistics and supply chain team, providing guidance and performance evaluations.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders such as vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners.
• Identify and execute cost-saving initiatives without compromising service quality.
• Stay updated on industry trends and leverage best practices in supply chain management.
• Drive innovation in operation processes through technology and automation advancements.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in supply chain and logistics management
• Proven track record in optimizing distribution network

Preferred

• Master’s degree in a related field
• Experience in cold chain logistics
• Certifications such as APICS/SCPro
