- Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in visual design.
- Strong visual design skills with a portfolio showcasing past design work.
- Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and After Effects
- Motion graphics and animation skills are highly desirable.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality results on time.
- Familiarity with AI, LLMs, and the broader AI world is a plus.
Job Responsibilities
- Create visually engaging designs for digital products, including websites, mobile apps, and other interactive experiences.
- Develop user interface designs, interactive prototypes, and visual assets that align with project goals and user needs.
- Collaborate with UX designers to translate wireframes and user flows into visually appealing and intuitive interfaces.
- Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and maintain design integrity throughout the development process.
- Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure consistency and quality across all design deliverables.
- Stay updated on emerging design trends, tools, and technologies, and integrate them into design processes as appropriate.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and contribute to a culture of design excellence within the organization.
