Designation Vice President - MLOps & AI Platform Engineering

Job Description

Define and execute the enterprise MLOps strategy, architecture, and governance framework.

Lead and mentor a high-performing MLOps engineering team, fostering technical excellence and cross-functional collaboration.

Design, implement, and govern scalable, secure, and cost-productive cloud-based AI platforms supporting machine learning and Generative AI workloads.

Develop enterprise standards for model governance, data governance, lineage, auditability, and regulatory compliance.

Build comprehensive monitoring and observability capabilities for model performance, data drift, latency, infrastructure health, and operational reliability.

Desired Profile

Extensive experience leading Machine Learning Engineering or MLOps teams in enterprise environments.

Strong expertise designing and implementing production-grade MLOps platforms and cloud-native AI infrastructure.

Hands-on experience with cloud-based machine learning services and contemporary AI deployment architectures.

Solid programming skills in Python, SQL, and scripting languages.

Deep understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, containerization, orchestration, and infrastructure automation.
