Regulatory & Compliance Technology function is part of Corporate Services Technology group and focused on delivering strategic platforms and solutions across Core Banking Technology domain

Role Summary

Product Owner / Business Analyst (Core Banking) is responsible for bridging business, and technology teams to deliver strategic Core Banking, Transaction Banking, Payments platforms. This role requires strong domain expertise, experience operating in Agile environments, and ownership of end-to-end requirements lifecycle—from ideation to implementation and UAT.

Key Responsibilities

Senior Product Manager / Product Owner

• Product roadmap definition,
• Backlog management, business analysis, functional specifications,
• Stakeholder management, and end-to-end program delivery.

Payments & Core Banking

• Strong experience in Core Banking and global payments domain
• ISO 20022 adoption, payment middleware
• SWIFT MT/MX, FedWire, CHIPS
• Core banking integration

Agile Delivery & Execution

• Work within an Agile operating model (Scrum / SAFe) to support iterative delivery
• Define and manage user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog prioritization
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams
• Drive change adoption and ensure business readiness for new implementations

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, preferably in BFSI or corporate banking
• Requirements lifecycle management and stakeholder engagement
• Deep domain knowledge in:
• Core Banking Domain
• Products like FlexCube, Finacle, T24 etc
• Payments
• Certifications such as CSPO, CSM, CBAP, or IIBA-AAC are desirable
• Hands-on experience in Agile / Scrum delivery models
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant certifications preferred
