• Experience: 3 to 4 years of proven hands-on software development and application support experience in an enterprise setting. • Core Development Stack: Strong proficiency in .NET Framework / .NET Core (VB, ASP.NET, MVC, or Web API architectures).
• Database Management: Deep knowledge of MS SQL Server—ability to write, debug, and optimize complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, views, indexing, and data scripts.
• Version Control: Robust experience managing repositories using Git / Bit Bucket / SVN/ GitLab or similar systems.
• Problem Solving: Exceptional diagnostic and reverse-engineering skills to quickly understand undocumented legacy codebases. Soft Skills & Core Competencies
