Title: Senior UI/UX Designer

Exp: 5 to 7yrs

Location: Gurgaon

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• UI/UX Design: Create intuitive, user-friendly, and visually engaging UI/UX designs for web and mobile applications.
• Figma Expertise: Develop wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and design systems using Figma.
• User Research & Testing: Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to refine designs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to bring design concepts to life.
• Design Systems & Guidelines: Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure consistency across products.
• Interaction & Prototyping: Develop interactive prototypes to demonstrate user flows and functionalities.
• Guide and mentor junior UI/UX designers, fostering growth and maintaining design quality.
• Accessibility & Responsiveness: Ensure designs adhere to accessibility guidelines and function well across different devices and screen sizes.
• Trends & Best Practices: Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5-6 years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing Figma projects.
• Proficiency in Figma, including auto-layout, components, design tokens, and prototyping.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and usability heuristics.
• Experience in user research, A/B testing, and gathering user feedback.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts (coding skills are a plus).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to optimize user journeys.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in designing for SaaS, e-commerce, mobile applications, or enterprise software is a plus.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices.

Preferred Tools & Technologies

• Figma (must-have)
• Adobe XD, Sketch (optional but good to have)
• Miro, FigJam (for collaboration & brainstorming)
• JIRA, Trello, or Asana (for project management)
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (a plus)

Education:Bachelors or Master’s degree in Design, HCI (Human-Computer Interaction), Computer Science, or a related field.
