UX Design with FIGMA, GRAPHIC DESIGN, and ELEMENTOR

Eligibility & Requirements

• The selected candidates must have high interest in UX and must be based in Bangalore.
• They must be willing to come to the office at Jayanagar about three to four times a day on a HYBRID work model and balance 3 days work from home.
• They must have experience in FIGMA, VIBE DESIGN CODING, ELEMANTOR DESIGN TOOL, FRONTEND DESIGN, CANVA GRAPHIC DESIGN.
• They must be willing to do minimum of six months internship and maximum of nine months internship and thereafter all selected candidates are eligible to get full time job.
• They must be able to join immediately.
• They must be highly motivated to learn the execution of large scale DESIGN EXECUTION on multiple online platforms development of IX and frontend technology.
• They will get a low internship stipend at the beginning of Rs 2,000/- per month and this stipend amount will increase after that.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote internship role for UX, Graphic Design, Elementor Design, and Frontend Interns at IGEN. Interns will support the design and development of web pages, landing pages, and expo interfaces using Elementor and other frontend tools. Day-to-day tasks include creating wireframes and prototypes, designing visual assets and layouts, and refining user flows for the online expo platform. Interns will collaborate with product, content, and tech teams to translate requirements into user-friendly interfaces and responsive designs. Responsibilities also include conducting basic user research, iterating on feedback, assisting with UI component libraries, and ensuring brand consistency across digital experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Design Thinking and User Experience Design (UED) to solve problems with a user-centric approach.
• Proficiency in Visual Design and Prototyping for creating appealing layouts, mockups, and interactive demos.
• Basic understanding of User Research methods to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Familiarity with Elementor or similar page builders and interest in frontend implementation (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript).
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or course in Design, HCI, Computer Science, Media, or a related field.
• Portfolio or samples showcasing UX, UI, or graphic design work (academic, freelance, or personal projects accepted).
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup, manage time effectively, and communicate clearly with distributed teams.
• Interest in global trade, digital media, online events, and AI-driven platforms is a plus.
