About the Role

• As a UX Design Intern (AI-First Mindset), you will help create intuitive, engaging, and modern digital experiences for users of our SaaS-based HRTech platform.
• You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to understand user needs, design user‑centric solutions, and validate ideas through research and testing.
• We are looking for someone who embraces AI‑powered tools and workflows to enhance creativity, accelerate design processes, and deliver impactful user experiences while maintaining strong design fundamentals.

What you'll be learning

• Design user‑centric wireframes, prototypes, and interfaces in Figma while leveraging AI‑powered design tools to accelerate ideation, research, and iteration.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to translate user needs into intuitive workflows and seamless user experiences for our HRTech SaaS platform.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data‑driven analysis, utilizing AI‑assisted insights to identify pain points and improve product usability.
• Explore, evaluate, and integrate emerging AI‑driven UX practices, ensuring designs are optimized for modern AI‑enabled user interactions and workflows.
• Contribute to and maintain the design system, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and scalability across all product experiences.

Additional Requirement (AI-First Mindset)

• Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to use AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Figma AI, or similar) to enhance design research, content creation, prototyping, and productivity while maintaining strong UX fundamentals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• A degree or certification in UX Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or related field is a plus.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, collaboration skills.
• A portfolio demonstrating 1 case study where a real problem is solved using design thinking, design process, design principles, usability testing etc.
• (If you have multiple projects then clearly highlight best work among all)
• Strong proficiency in Figma
• Can work in fast moving environment with agile mindset
• Ready to join immediately.
