UI/UX Designer

About the Role

We're looking for a UI/UX Designer with 25 years of experience to join our team and help shape intuitive, visually compelling experiences across our products. You'll work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate user needs and business goals into clean, functional designs.

Responsibilities The designer will own the end-to-end design process, from research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototypes and final handoff. This includes conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions, creating wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes, designing and maintaining a consistent design system or component library, collaborating with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs, and iterating on designs based on user feedback and analytics.

Requirements

Candidates should have 2–5 years of experience in UI/UX design, a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects across web and/or mobile platforms, proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, a solid understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG), and the ability to work independently while also taking direction on established design systems. Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS is a plus, though not required.
