Role & responsibilities

• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on design solutions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Design intuitive user interfaces and experiences for mobile apps and web platforms using tools like Figma and Zeplin.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, and design systems aligned with fintech best practices.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are feasible and maintain design consistency across products.
• Analyze user data and feedback to continuously improve UI/UX in capital markets and wealth management applications.

Preferred candidate profile

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer.
• Domain experience in capital markets, wealth management, or BFSI sectors.
• Proficiency in design tools including Figma, Zeplin, and similar platforms.
• Proven experience designing for both mobile and web applications.
• Strong skills in user research, usability testing, wireframing, and prototyping.
• Ability to collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders in a fast-paced fintech environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a user-centric mindset.
• Prior exposure to fintech projects, such as trading platforms or investment apps, is preferred.
