Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product and analytics teams to interpret user feedback and usage insights to guide UX improvements.
• Develop UX design artifacts (e.g., user experience documentation and design rationale) to support alignment across teams.
• Ensure design quality through reviews, iteration, and adherence to UX standards and usability best practices.

Skills Required

• 5 - 8 years of relevant experience in UX/UI/UX design
• UX, User Experience, and UI/UX design experience
• UX Design leadership and hands-on UX Designer execution
• Ability to translate user needs into clear UX design deliverables
• Proficiency in Figma for creating and maintaining design assets

Good to Have

• Wireframe creation

Education: Degree in a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
