K e y R e s p o n s i b i l i t i e s

• Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle for US IT requirements.
• Work on Direct Client, W2 requirements.
• Source candidates through Job Portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other networking platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/technical screening.
• Negotiate pay rates and finalize candidate submissions.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.
• Maintain candidate database and ATS updates.
• Work on multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Ensure quick turnaround time for submissions.
• Maintain strong relationship with consultants and vendors.
• Validate candidate visa status and work authorization (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, EAD, etc.).
