Job Title: US IT Recruiter

Location: IT Park, Chandigarh

Shift: Night Shift (US Hours)

Experience Required: 1–4 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete US IT recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen and evaluate candidate profiles based on technical skills, experience, and client requirements.
• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews with clients and follow up throughout the hiring process.
• Negotiate compensation rates and facilitate offer discussions.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment data in ATS/CRM systems.
• Ensure timely closures while meeting quality and client expectations.

Required Skills

• 1–4 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
• Hands-on experience with W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models.
• Good understanding of US tax terms, visa types, and employment classifications.
• Experience working with job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
