Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Production, Planning, and Control (PPC) Manager to oversee the production processes, ensuring timely execution and efficiency in operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in production planning within the ESDM sector, strong analytical skills, and advanced Excel proficiency to optimize planning and control processes.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and implement effective production plans, schedules, and control strategies to meet demand and delivery timelines.

· Coordinate between procurement, inventory management, production, and quality control teams to ensure smooth workflow.

· Monitor capacity planning, material availability, and resource allocation to optimize productivity.

· Analyze production data, KPIs, and operational metrics to drive process improvements.

· Ensure adherence to lean manufacturing principles, Just-in-Time (JIT), and other best practices.

· Identify and mitigate potential bottlenecks and risks in the production cycle.

· Leverage advanced Excel tools, data analytics, and ERP systems to improve forecasting and reporting accuracy.

· Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality benchmarks.

· Lead and mentor the production planning team to enhance efficiency and problem- solving capabilities.

Key Requirements

· Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.

· Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Production Planning and Control, preferably in the ESDM or Electronics Manufacturing sector.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a deep understanding of production workflows.

· Expertise in Excel (Pivot Tables, Macros, VBA, Data Analysis, etc.) and experience with ERP/MRP systems.

· Solid knowledge of capacity planning, demand forecasting, and lean manufacturing principles.

· Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills to work across cross- functional teams.
