Job Description & Responsibilities
Lead Data Scientist to lead a 5–6 member Data Science/AI team while remaining hands-on. Own ML/AI roadmap, MLOps, LLM/RAG/Agentic AI solutions, Energy AI analytics and delivery.
Required Candidate profile
5–8 yrs in Data Science
Mandatory: Python, PyTorch, SQL, MLOps, LLMs, LangChain/LangGraph, NLP, HuggingFace, Vector DBs and production AI systems. Energy/AI experience preferred.
