✅ Demand Forecasting & Supply Planning in coordination with Sales Team

✅ Production Planning with Operations Team

✅ Inventory Management to improve Inventory Turnover Ratio (ITR) and reduce lead time

✅ Procurement Planning based on forecast and stock levels

✅ Vendor Development, Supplier Assessment & Performance Management

✅ Strategic Sourcing, Contract Negotiation & Cost Optimization

✅ Management of Inbound & Outbound Logistics

✅ Export-Import Operations & Shipment Management

✅ Stores Management including RM, Consumables, Spares & Finished Goods

✅ SAP MM Module Management and ERP-driven Supply Chain Processes

✅ Cost Control, Commercial Management & Continuous Improvement Initiatives
